The Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI) is seeking a Senior Nutrition Policy Associate who will work with the Director of Nutrition Policy to promote and support federal, state and local obesity, nutrition, and physical activity policies. Responsibilities include legislative lobbying, grassroots organizing and coalition building for related policies and programs. Key to this position is the ability to persuasively present the issues to policy makers, work with other organizations and advocates, and develop policy materials. The Integrated Care Collaboration (ICC) seeks to improve the delivery of healthcare services for the Central Texas community and healthcare providers. Through the utilization of analytics and the examination of raw data, ICC allows the healthcare community to make better business decisions and to validate or contradict existing models of medical treatment and service delivery. Sustainable Food Center (SFC) cultivates a healthy community by strengthening the local food system and improving access to nutritious, affordable food. Sustainable Food Center is hiring three (3) individuals through the Americorps*VISTA program of the Corporation for National and Community Service to organize school-based wellness teams that will plan and implement comprehensive health programming. We are looking for a dynamic, bilingual, relational individual to organize community members in schools and neighborhoods for a Sustainable Food Center/Marathon Kids partnership project. Monthly living allowance and end-of-service stipend or education award provided through the Corporation for National and Community Service.  For more information
